RETURN POLICY:

Once discussed, and a return agreed, we will email you a returns form - please complete with your full contact details, order number and billing address and enclose it with the goods you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £80, we strongly advise using a next day trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. For all returns we recommend you use at least a signed for service. We can’t refund your order if we don’t receive your returned item.
